Our story
The meeting
We met on Hinge, both of us almost ready to give up on finding that special person. What began as an instant connection soon grew into a deep friendship, and then into something neither of us could quite believe we'd found.
The relationship
As our love bloomed, we began building a home together. Horror movie evenings turned into shopping trips, road trips, spa days and gaming side by side. We discovered so much that we both loved and so much more that we introduced each other to.
The question
We'd long talked about the idea of getting married, but it still came as a complete surprise when Josh popped the question a couple of days before Christmas. Mirela played it cool at first, but the tears came quickly, and the answer was never in doubt.
The venue
Mirela and Josh began life in two different countries, but fate brought them together in East Sussex. We fell for Pelham House in Lewes the moment we saw it. A beautiful Grade II-listed townhouse, and the perfect setting to celebrate our big day (regardless of the weather!).

Don't worry, formal invitations with an RSVP will follow closer to the time. That's where you'll be able to confirm who's coming, along with any dietary requirements and meal choices.
Parking
There's no parking on site at Pelham House, so we'd recommend Lewes Station car park, which you can pay for using the APCOA Connect app.
One quick thing to note if you're staying overnight: a "day" of parking expires at 4am, so you'll need to pay for two days to cover your stay.
Shuttle
Lewes Station is just a five-minute walk from the venue, though it's uphill. For anyone who'd rather not make the climb, a free shuttle will run from the station to Pelham House, starting at 12:30pm.
Staying the night
A limited number of rooms are available at Pelham House itself, should you wish to stay the night.

For those staying at Pelham House, breakfast the next morning is included with your room and is served at 8:30am. Check-in is from 3:30pm, and check-out is at 10am.
Premier Inn, The King's Head and The White Hart are also well-rated stays nearby.
Children
As much as we love your little ones, we're planning an adults' day off. A chance for everyone to kick back and enjoy themselves. We're making a few exceptions for close family, so if leaving the kids behind is going to make things difficult, just have a chat with Mirela and Josh.
Gifts
Honestly, the best gift is simply your presence on our wedding day. We're lucky enough to have already built a home together, so we're really not in desperate need of a new kettle, as much as Mirela might try to tell you otherwise.
